By using this website, you are entering into a binding agreement with S Veda Spiritual Pvt Ltd, a company/proprietorship incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013/MSME registration, with its registered office at 40, Madrampura, Civil Lines, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302006.

Shrijap offers a conducive environment for the purchase of spiritual accessories and other devotional materials such as Jap Malas, Rudraksha Products and so on.

F. Purchases, Returns, and Refunds

• Payment authorization and processing are managed by approved payment gateways; consequently, Shrijap is not liable for any unsuccessful transactions due to payment authorization issues, payment gateway failures or bank declines.

• Return/refund details are explained in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which can be accessed by clicking this.

• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, and any opened consumable or hygiene-related spiritual items, are non-returnable.

• Refunds, where approved, are processed after quality verification, typically within 7–10 business days.

G. Product Descriptions and Pricing

Although we intend to offer an accurate product description and picture of our products, we cannot fully guarantee that descriptions, pictures, and prices shown on this website are free from errors. The prices shown on this site are in rupees and can be subject to changes with prior notice. Should there arise a price or typographical error, Shrijap reserves the right to rectify it where applicable and cancel orders placed with them by refunding payment.

This website and all content—text, graphics, logos, product images, and the name and brand marks "Shrijap"—are owned or licensed by Shrijap and are protected under copyright, trademark law, and other proprietary rights.
